We accept returns within 60 days from delivery date.
If you encounter Faulty items, or damaged items or receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and attach the video recording of the unboxing process (essential for determining the condition of the order upon receipt).

We will assess this video and other necessary information to decide whether to accept or deny your return request. Upon receiving your email request, we will respond within 24 hours. Should your return be approved, we will furnish you with a unique return authorization number and detailed instructions on the proper procedure for returning the item.

We kindly request that you send the item back to us, along with the provided return authorization number, within 3 days from the date of receiving the return acceptance email. Please be advised that if we have not received the item within this specified timeframe, the return process will no longer be valid.

Once we have received the item, our dedicated team will initiate the refund process within 48 working hours. Alternatively, should you opt for a replacement, we will arrange for another intact item to be promptly shipped to you.

Customer Change of mind:

We understand that sometimes customers may have a change of mind after receiving an item. In such cases, we offer a return or refund option.

Request acceptance period: Customers are eligible for return or refund within 3 days from the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Process return: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse address. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund or replacement within 48 hours.

Shipping fee: The shipping fee for returning the item is paid by the customer.

Cancellation after ordering:

If the order is still in the processing stage, we will issue a refund to the customer within 24 hours of the cancellation request.

If the order has already been shipped and has a tracking number, we will contact the carrier within 3 days to inquire about the possibility of cancelling the order. If the carrier is able to cancel the order, we will issue a refund within 24 hours of the carrier’s confirmation. If the carrier is unable to cancel the order, the customer should wait to receive the item and then proceed with returning it. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 48 hours.

Package Never Arrived

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at [email protected] to proceed with the return process described in the section above. Our team will investigate and provide a replacement product or refund as soon as possible.

Refund Method

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. It will take an additional 1-3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your payment account.
